Yes, I received a rather large check in the early 1990&#039;s from Dow Chemical via the VA.  I felt, and still feel, a twinge of guilt for that.  Dow is the innocent party in this.  Moreover, we liked it when we came upon a vast open space in the jungle where all the trees were skeletons.  For a moment we could see if the enemy was ahead of us.</description>
