The ruling went back to the VA and they were like "GOD" acted in a 360@ turn and over turned what the Judge had ruled. Sir for 38 years had to up root my family, to relocate for any job available. I lived in Kentucky and I am in Texas now. I can not get insurance either. I was awarded for Peripheral Neuropathy on top of my PTSD disorder. Since March the Juge ruled on my case, can I sue the chemical companies since it was just awarded these past few months? If I can can you give me the names of the firms that will go to bat for this veteran? I do hope and pray the rough road they made me and my family travel should be rewarding in court.
