Korean researchers believe that a daily hour-long brisk walk may be able to stave off the onset of Parkinson’s disease.

They found that Parkinson’s infected mice forced to walk delayed the loss of dopamine neurons. Although, they do not proffer empirical data to support their suggestion of a daily hour-long brisk walk to delay the onset of Parkinson’s disease they do feel it is an activity worth pursuing.
